• Strip and replacement roofs and overlaying existing roofs. Also improvements with new wall cladding and rain screen panels
• Asbestos cement. We can remove and dispose of roof and wall products containing asbestos. We can over clad asbestos roofs.
• All our projects carry a 5 year workmanship guarantee, and material guarantee direct between supplier and client for a period between 10 and 40 years depending on product.
• Design service including plan, section and detail drawings. Rainwater disposal calculations as current conditions are more intense than years ago and systems often need improving.
• Building regulation application and compliance, planning application as necessary.
• £5 million Professional Indemnity Insurance to cover design, £10 million Employers Liability and £5 million Public and Products Liability.
